At Language Code, we are committed to providing a professional and conducive learning environment for all our students. By enrolling in our courses, students agree to adhere to the following guidelines and policies.

1. Class Attendance

• Students are required to attend all their classes regularly and punctually.
• If a student misses three consecutive sessions without prior notification to Language Code, their admission may be cancelled.

2. Microphone and Camera Usage

• Microphone: Students must keep their microphones muted at all times during class unless they are called upon to speak. If students have any questions, they should use the hand-raise feature.
• Camera: Students should keep their cameras on throughout the class to ensure active participation and engagement.

3. Confidentiality and Conduct

• Confidentiality: Students must maintain the confidentiality of all course materials, discussions, and fellow students’ information.
• Dress and Posture: Students should dress appropriately and maintain proper posture during class.
• Environment: Students should aim to attend classes from a quiet and distraction-free environment.
• Communication: Students are prohibited from contacting trainers on personal platforms, such as WhatsApp or social media. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action by Language Code.
• Fee Confidentiality: Students should not disclose their fee details to other students. Any disclosure will result in the student being required to pay the regular fees for that particular course.

4. Breaks and Absences

• Students must notify the management via email before taking a break. Failure to notify may result in the cancellation of their admission.

5. Testimonials and Recordings

• Student testimonials may be shared on social media for inspirational purposes.
• Attendance: To ensure the quality of recorded sessions, students must maintain a minimum of 70% attendance. In exceptional cases, up to 30% of sessions may be missed with valid reasons.

6. Technical Issues

• If students experience any technical issues or difficulties accessing online classes, they should promptly reach out to Language Code’s technical support team for assistance.

7. One-on-One Sessions

• Students attending one-on-one sessions must be regular. If there is consistent irregularity, such as late joining or requests to end sessions early, Language Code reserves the right to transfer the student to a group session at the same fees.

8. Fees and Refunds

• Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

9. Adherence to Guidelines

• Students are expected to follow all guidelines and policies outlined by Language Code. Violations of any rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of admission, depending on the severity of the infraction.
