- Refund Eligibility
- Course Cancellations: If Language Code cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the course fees.
- Student Withdrawals: If a student decides to withdraw from a course after enrollment, Language Code does not offer refunds.

- Your full name
- Course name
- Reason for withdrawal
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your request.
- Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees
- Materials fees (if materials have been distributed)
- Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen situations, partial refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of Language Code management. Documentation may be required to support the request.
