3. Class Attendance

• Regular and punctual attendance is required. Missing three consecutive sessions without prior notice to Language Code may result in the cancellation of your admission.

4. Microphone and Camera Usage

• Microphone: Keep your microphone muted unless you are called upon to speak. Use the hand-raise feature for any questions.
• Camera: Cameras must remain on during classes to ensure active participation.

5. Conduct and Confidentiality

• Maintain the confidentiality of course materials, discussions, and fellow students’ information.
• Dress appropriately and conduct yourself in a professional manner during classes.
• Participate from a quiet environment free from distractions.
• Avoid contacting trainers on personal platforms (e.g., WhatsApp or social media). Violations may result in legal action.
• Do not disclose fee details to other students. Breach of this policy may result in a requirement to pay standard fees.

6. Breaks and Absences

• Notify the management via email before taking any breaks. Failure to notify may result in admission cancellation.

7. Testimonials and Recordings

• Student testimonials may be shared on social media for motivational purposes.
• To ensure quality, students must maintain at least 70% attendance for recorded sessions. Exceptions may be made for valid reasons.

8. Technical Issues

• In case of technical difficulties or issues accessing online classes, students should immediately contact the Language Code technical support team for assistance.

9. One-on-One Sessions

• Regular attendance is required for one-on-one sessions. Late joining or early termination of sessions may result in a transfer to a group session at the same fees.

10. Fees and Refunds

• Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

11. Adherence to Guidelines

• Students must adhere to all guidelines and policies set by Language Code. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of admission, depending on the severity of the infraction.
